Music Video Presentation
Via the use of a pitch I was able to gather feedback on my ideas to further enhance my music video. The constructive criticism and positive points that arose from my presentation will help me to construct my video to appeal more towards the target audience as the feedback was straight from the source.
Audience Response
The majority of my audience were in favour with what I had already planned to do. The comments varied within this generalisation:
I was told that such things like my location. planning, star-image motif and theme of continuity were very good. This was followed with a lot of my audience enjoying the music I had chosen and how the idea of using sweets was a unique decision.

- 71% of my audience mentioned how they liked the idea of Harribo heartthrobs being the star-image motif for my music video
- 29% of my audience included in their feedback how they liked the idea of creating a sense of continuity and a journey taking place.
- 29% of my audience noted how they like the idea of contradicting Goodwin's analysis of creating a relationship between lyrics and visual, but instead amplifying the relationship of music with visual.
- 21% of my target audience appreciated how there would be multiple locations in my music video
- 14% of the audience I presented to commented on how the music I was using was appropriate for my ideas.
The majority of my target audience were satisfied with my ideas and did not suggest further elements to enhance my video. However four responses suggested that I should attempt to change the colourisation of the music video in certain places. This came with the thought that 'Cha Cha' was a quirky song in places and the change in plausible colour could further anchor this change in style.
The audience response has solidified my intentions of keeping my ideas how they were preliminarily.
